We stock just about any kind of tyre or inner tube – and foam tyres are half way between the two.

These are sometimes mistaken for ‘sold tyres’ though these little foam tyres are for light weight. Such as your kiddo!

Foam tyres ‘roll’ onto the wheel, and are fairly robust. But they will wear down over time. Usually you won’t need to change them before your child has outgrown the bike. However, sometimes pet’s like to chew on the nice spongey foam.

And that’s probably the number one reason we see people buy replacements!

The spongey texture gives suspension & comfort for new riders. And allows them to ride over anything & everything. And most importantly means you won’t need to worry about them marking up the floors inside your house.
