About Magic Milk Inner Tube Sealant

For MTB riders still running tubes, this is the formula that handles what tubes take the worst — snake bites, pinch flats, slits up to 7 mm. Water-based, lasts the life of the tube, CO2 compatible.

The same fibre technology that sealed AON Racing’s tubeless tyres — rebuilt for riders who run tubes. Innertube-Pro Hi-Fibre handles snake bites, slits, and punctures up to 7 mm. It’s CO2 compatible, works from −20°C to +50°C, and runs at the pressures DH and enduro riders actually use. The strongest innertube sealant in the Magic Milk line.

How it seals

The fibre-reinforced formula works the same way it does in the tubeless version: when air escapes, fibres rush to the breach, pack the hole, and bind into a durable seal — not a temporary patch. It doesn’t ball up inside your tube. It doesn’t migrate and dry out under hard riding.

Specs

  • Max puncture sealed: 7 mm — including snake bites and slits
  • Pressure range: 30–120 psi
  • Temperature range: −20°C to +50°C
  • System: innertubes — MTB, DH, enduro
  • CO2 compatible
  • Non-corrosive — safe for tubes and rims
  • Made in the UK
  • Why fibre-reinforced

Most innertube sealants are liquid patches — they fill a hole and hope the pressure doesn’t push them out. The fibres in this formula cross-link under pressure, turning the seal from a plug into a bond. It’s the difference between a tube that limps home and one that finishes the descent.

Usage Info

  • For use with removable-core Presta, and all Schrader, tube valves.
  • Lasts as long as your tube or tyre.
  • For MTB Tubed tyre systems. (For MTB Tubeless, use Magic Milk Hi-Fibre Tubeless).
