Looking for Straight Pull spokes for a wheel build? You’ve come to the right place. We stock straight pull spokes in just about any length you will need, and colour too.
Straight Pull spokes are generally found on higher end wheels, or higher end hubs. Unlike standard j-bend spokes they do not have an elbow where they are threaded through the hub. Meaning they don’t have a ‘weak’ point or a point that can snap. This means they are generally stronger than an elbowed spoke.
If you are building a wheel it’s important to check what types of spokes will work with your hub. You will be unable to build a wheel with straight pull spokes unless it is a compatible hub.
Our range of spokes come in just about any length you could need, but if you can’t find your length don’t worry. We are a wheel building specialist workshop at Abbotsford Cycles and we custom cut spokes in house using a Phil Wood Spoke cutter. If you are looking for Phil Wood spokes, jump on our main website or come in store & we will cut them on the spot for you!
